Ordered cornish pasties for next day delivery but they got lost, informed prima pasties of the situation and they re-issued them straight away and received them 18 hours later. Very impressed with the service I received and will not hesitate to order these lovely cornish pasties again.

Needed to change my delivery date - their customer service team changed the date within a couple of hours. Excellent service and amazing products to boot.

Have ordered the Vegan pasties on 2 occasions - delicious, filling & reasonable value.
Second order only received 1 box instead or 2 : after a couple of emails with customer service, the remainder were delivered on the day I specified.

A ‘next day delivery’ hamper my wife ordered for her mother arrived 6 days later. Who wants ‘fresh food which has been sitting at room temperature for 6 or 7 days?
The company are still trying to blame ‘the Easter weekend’ even though it should have arrived on the Thursday before Easter. We’re instructing the credit card to dispute payment.
Appalling customer service all round.

I ordered a cream tea package with pasties and Prosecco. It arrived on time and the presentation was first class, everything was fresh and very enjoyable. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From hero to zero in one item. When someone orders a clotted cream tea by post, remember not to leave out the clotted cream from the order! Ended up having to go out and purchase the cream to make the complete order up. Received an unapologetic refund email. It can't be difficult to read an order and post it, especially if that's your business!

Ordered the large cornish pasties delivery was spot on, however they are no better than the pasties you can buy in the supermarket totally disappointed

The hamper basket I ordered for my daughter's birthday arrived on time and was well packed. Everything was undamaged and the contents were very fresh.

Ordered for my Brothers 40th birthday. Easy to order and arrived on selected date. He loved it ! He said pasties were very tasty and the scones were very fresh. The biscuits didn't last long either. Very happy. Would use again.

As always great quality pasties and price, robust packaging and rapid delivery. Had to rely on this company for pasties as I am shielding, they have not let me down.
